PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

  • The product must show no signs of excessive use, wear, or damage caused by improper handling.

  • Items subject to hygiene regulations must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • Any defects, damage, or issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days, provided all conditions are met.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is returned used, damaged, or not in accordance with the conditions stated above.

How do I return my order?

If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@saoritokyo.com. and include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

Please do not return any items without prior approval. Returns sent without authorisation may not be accepted.

Cancellation

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, provided the purchase is made for personal use and not for commercial purposes.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receives the final item in your order.

Please note that due to our automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after placement. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have entered the fulfilment process.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to info@saoritokyo.com.

Returns in Transit

As we work with international fulfilment partners, some orders may be shipped from overseas warehouses. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the item after receipt in accordance with the return instructions provided above.

To ensure efficient processing, we recommend providing proof of return shipment once the item has been sent back.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding any delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR DESIGNATED INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
